Ethiopia : Recovery of Deforested land
mercredi 1er juillet 2015, par Kayi Lawson

During the civil war one region in Ethiopia was badly devasted when people cleared trees for agriculture and firewood. But because they were forced to plant trees, they didnt appreciate trees and the land remained bare after the war. I visited the region to see what efforts have been done to rehabilitate the land, to enable locals grow food crops and bring back the climate and the lost soils.
